DUE IN PART TO THE FRAGILITY OF POTATO CHIPS, INSURANCE IS NOT ALWAYS GUARANTEED IF PRODUCT IS MISHANDLED BY THE CARRIER DURING DELIVERY OR IF AN INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS IS SUPPLIED DURING CHECKOUT. WE WILL HANDLE EACH CLAIM TO BENEFIT THE CUSTOMER TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

CANCELED ORDERS THAT HAVE NOT YET SHIPPED WILL IMPOSE A PROCESSING FEE OF $3.50 PLUS 3.3% OF YOUR PURCHASE TOTAL. ORDERS THAT HAVE SHIPPED CANNOT BE CANCELED.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THEIR SHIPPING ADDRESS CAN RECEIVE PACKAGES FROM USPS, UPS, OR FEDEX. WE USE VARIOUS CARRIERS BASED ON THE PRODUCT AND DESTINATION ZIP CODE, AND CUSTOMERS CANNOT SPECIFY WHICH CARRIER WILL BE USED AT CHECKOUT. ALL CARRIERS REQUIRE A SAFE LOCATION FOR DELIVERY. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY HAS OCCURRED OR FOR PACKAGES THAT CANNOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO AN ADDRESS BEING UNDELIVERABLE BY A SPECIFIC CARRIER. WE DO NOT OFFER REIMBURSEMENTS FOR SUCH INCIDENTS.

We take fraud seriously and document all claims.
Abuse of our refund policy or the filing of unwarranted chargebacks may result in your inability to purchase this or similar products from our website, affiliated sellers, or major online platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and others.

Refunds for product concerns are only issued after a full inspection of returned goods at the buyer’s expense, unless the carrier waives the inspection requirement for shipping damage.
